The 2019 Toyota Voxy (R80 Facelift) is the "cool parent" of the minivan world. Mechanically identical to the Noah, the Voxy features a split-headlight design and aggressive body kit (in ZS trims) that appeals to younger families who need 7 seats but don't want a boring van.

The 2.0L Valvematic petrol (3ZR-FAE) is the volume seller. It’s reliable and produces 152 HP, returning 11-13 km/l. The 1.8L Hybrid is excellent for city school runs, achieving 18-20 km/l, but loses some luggage space to batteries.

The Voxy is a box on wheels, which means maximum interior volume. The low floor makes it easy for kids and elderly parents to enter. However, the ground clearance is low (160 mm), and the sporty "Kirameki" body kits often scrape on Kenyan speed bumps. Spacers are a common modification.
